Phil had his first open ocean SCUBA experience in the crystal blue water of the Pearl Islands off the Pacific coast of Panama and shore diving on the Atlantic side of the Isthmus near the ancient Ft. San Lorenzo, which was attacked by the Pirate Henry Morgan.
